What would be a more effective communication medium for this information?
Weegy: Effective communication is more of an art than a science. The methods, tools and media may change over time, but the goal is the same. The message that is communicated should be the message received. [ The medium used to deliver the message should be selected carefully. Face to Face The most effective communication medium is not to have one at all. Face-to-face conversations are most effective. During these types of conversations, the message receiver has the opportunity to read non-verbal cues such as eye-movement and body language. Additionally, the message receiver has the opportunity to ask questions and both parties can view the reactions. To have a face-to-face conversation, meet in a neutral location that does not offer many distractions. Sit across the table from one another. State the concerns without using absolute language such as "never" or "always." Relay recent observations and how the behavior was interpreted. For messages of a personal nature, give the honor of relaying the message face to face. Letters, Emails, Texts Written communications such as letters, emails, guides or texts are also effective. If the message to be relayed is complex, write it down. Before creating the final message, understand the goal of the message. Is the message to teach software, relay feelings or to get an answer right away? Write the goal of the message up front. Do not assume the reader knows why she is being contacted. This will help the reader understand the purpose of the message. In cases other than guides, succinctly state the problem or issue, and bullet points are helpful. At the end of the message, restate what the reader should do and provide a deadline of when the reader should act. For written communication such as guides, again, do not assume. Write the instructions to take the user from the beginning steps. This ensures the writer and reader of the message are "on the same page." Keep the steps short and provide pictures ... (More)

I want to get a good job when I graduate.
Weegy: Always remember to take all your homework home and don't leave anything behind. As long as you do all your homework then you will get A's. [ Also, if you need to, take a break from some of the other things and your main priority should be school, [ because If you don't do good in school you won't have a good future ahead of you. Now is the time when your whole rest of your life will be molded based on your actions now. So just pay attention, do your best, and remember to do everything. Also, try to keep one folder for homework and take it home every day even if nothing is in ti, just to get in the habit. Then even if you forgot you had homework you will still have it with you! And keep all the work that the teachers hand back to you because sometimes they will mess up your grades saying you didn't turn something in (they make mistakes - they are humans), you will have it and they will be happy to correct the grade for you. Good luck and don't stress too much about it. As long as you pay attention and do all your work you will have A's ] ] (More)
