Question and answer
demonstrate ways to maintain confidentiality in a day to day communication
1 Remember that a lot of this confidential stuff is gossip to the nth degree. There is never a good reason to spread gossip, so don't spread confidential gossip. [ This sort of action makes you ripe to be fired. 2 Sometimes the health of the company hangs in the balance, and since you are in with the management, you know what actions are going to take place.
Never share this information with anyone except management. You derive to benefit from sharing and everyone will find out eventually anyways. There is no need to create commotion if not necessary. 3 Never share company secrets with anyone. This is a no-brainer, but sometimes things that you think are not company secrets, but really are, are at the forefront. It's best not to share anything unless you are 100% positive that it is not confidential. You'd be surprised what is a secret, sometimes it is stupid stuff. ]
