81 more calls. 1 sale in every 3.5 calls, so multiply 3.5 by 23 = 80.5, round up to 81 calls.

It looks like there was a service fee of \$9.50 because you used EFT to pay your bill last month. There was also a late fee.” Customer: “That’s right. The late fee of \$9.50 was correctly charge it was the late fee that was charge incorrect so if her bill was usually \$209.97 and service added that's \$209.97+9.50= \$219.47 is the correct charge.

Another way to figure problem out was if the bill is usually \$209.97 and its \$232.74 there an additional \$22.77 charge which part of that charge is the service fee of \$9.50 so the late fee was \$13.27 which was incorrectly charged (\$22.77-\$9.50=\$13.27) so if charged \$232.74-\$13.27 (credit back) =\$219.47 (total bill owed)
