Question and answer
When would it not be appropriate to offer a plea bargain agreement?
t may not actually reduce the costs of administering justice. [ For example, if a prosecutor has only a 25% chance of winning his case and sending the defendant away to prison for 10 years, he may make a plea agreement for a sentence of one year; but if plea bargaining is unavailable, a prosecutor may drop the case completely. ]

How can i study smarter instead of harder?
Weegy: First you have to find out how you learn best. Some people learn best when they re-read the thing you are supposed to study many times, while someone else might have to how and why in order to fully understand. [ I would recommend short sessions almost everyday - some people study very intensive the last period before the exam but if you do that you won't fully understand what you are answering. ] User: What difference can my study environment really make? Weegy: It can make a great deal of difference. Less distractions, better concentration. User: What techniques can i use to help my memorty develop? Weegy: 1 . Eat more fish. It's better for your memory. 2. Eat healthier in general. If you are healthier, your brain works better. 3. Don't avoid getting enough sleep. 4. Think of word tricks to help you remember facts. [ [ By that, I mean connect facts to things you are familiar with in your life to help those facts stick with you. ] ] (More)

What are some of the characteristics of effective presentations
Weegy: KNOW YOUR SUBJECT MATTER While this first point may seem obvious, it is very important that you research every nuance of your subject. [ Read reports and look up information about the subject with the specific purpose of writing a presentation script. When examined in this light, new ideas and alternative ways of thinking often develop. The ability to present a subject with confidence directly affects your audience's impressions and will help keep their attention. This is especially important when giving a design presentation or proposal since you are in effect selling" your ideas to the audience. This applies whether the audience is a potential client or your own board of directors ] (More)

Do you use mnemonics or other memory tricks/ techniques to help you remember information?
Weegy: Rhymes. Rhyming is a simple but potentially powerful mnemonic device. For English speakers, the rhyme "I before E except after C" is an almost universally known tool to assist in recalling the proper spelling of words that contain i and e together. [ A traditional mariner's rhyme for weather forecasting tells us "Red sky at morning, sailor take warning; red sky at night, sailor's delight." ] ] (More)
