Okay so my ex boyfriend and I started talking again and he tells me he misses me and loves me and wants his girl back and in my heart and brain I believe everything he tells me. Is it good?

Just take everything he says with a grain of salt. It may take sometime before he earns your trust again. Before that, it's okay to remain friends with him and see if he really means what he says.
