Community and ecosystem?

Weegy: a population is made up of all the individuals of a single species living in a given area-- a community is made up of all the populations of all the species in the given area so a community is made up of lots of different populations
a population is one part of the biota of an ecosystem--the ecosystem has both abiotic and biotic factors. A population is a link in the food web for the ecosystem so if it were removed the ecosystem would be affected by its loss.
A community is the primary biotic factor in an ecosystem (stuff such as the manure the community produces is also biotic but not part of the community itself). If the community were removed only the abiotic factors would remain which would change the ecosystem.
