Dictionaries do not include literary quotations. That is True. However, some dictionaries do have literary quotations like the Oxford English Dictionary, but majority don't. So the answer is True.

She don't want to go is ungrammatical. She is a singular pronoun and therefore it should be "She doesn't want to go". If there was a plural pronoun then don't could be used, as in "They don't want to go".
