Because the two positions open already have a specific task that these recruits are needed for; "recent grad. with code, or CAD, or some other specialty subcategory" would be more appropriate. [ Their appearance is of little value to getting the most qualified person. Most companies have some type of dress code that a new hire would be informed
"good credit rating", which theirs' or the company's? It's not clear. Most company's automatically check credit ratings of applicants and most applicants would know that. Don't need it. ]
