no, you don't give any child both at once, unless your doctor told you to do so, and they wouldn't. Why do your baby need either? what's symptoms does your baby have? look at the symptoms and then choose which would be the best to use. Make sure it is infant Tylenol and benadryl. Also the only time i have heard of using benadryl for a baby, at that age would be for teething (recommended by doctor and nurses) and then you don't give them a full dose, just a drop on your finger and rub it on their gums. there's something in it that's supposed to help with the swelling of the gums. However I would never use it, i don't feel comfortable giving a baby something that will make them drowsy. Stick with infant Tylenol or advil and only use it if necessary. Also use the dosage based on the baby's weight if possible.
