User: another important element of health and wellness

Weegy: This is important because it builds confidence and self-esteem, it also gives an individual people to rely on for strength, guidance and reassurance, among other things, and it provides varying levels of encouragement. [ If you don?t have this type of support system, then it affects your overall health and wellness negatively and can be a hindrance towards any type of goal geared with achieving health and wellness. I can say Emotional support.... When im surrounded by negativity, and people are verbally attacking you and doubting you, you feel like crap, which wreaks havoc on your health, and subsequently, your life in general. Just having someone to talk to, and people that help you and support you with your forward momentum in life, is extremely important to your health and wellness........... Family is always a great support system, and a significant other can be a positive influence with health and wellness. Its also important to sustain health and wellness with positive reinforcement from friends, co-workers, neighbors, and other associates. ]
