Losing 20 pounds in one month is not recommended and really not healthy. Aim for losing 1-2 pounds a week and you have a much greater chance of keeping it off. is an excellent website for nutrition information, dieting and exercise tips. Losing 20 pounds in one month is not realistic. To lose weight and keep it off it is best to change your lifestyle by eating healthy food and exercising. Losing a couple of pounds a month, you are more likely to keep the weight off.
