It all depends on your metabolism. Adequate diet and proper exercise will help a lot.

Drinking lots of water in the convenient amount and doing yoga is a very strong way to lose weight.

Losing 20 pounds in one month is not recommended and really not healthy. Aim for losing 1-2 pounds a week and you have a much greater chance of keeping it off. is an excellent website for nutrition information, dieting and exercise tips. You can also record your progress there, it is very interactive.
