Correction; B.

Well wouldn't you assume that it would be C. to witness that the person is of sound mind and body to be making the will. I thought of B as well, which is another major reason for a witness. So I think they might both be right.

The higher the risk the higher the return in the stock and bond market. You can play it safe and get a small return or play risky and get a high return. I have a friend with a stock that has doubled his $2000 investment in 3 months. Should he cash his 4 grand out or turn it into 8 grand?
Weegy: There's no set rules. Personally I'd withdraw ,my initial investment. If remainder goes up, great, if it goes down, I've lost nothing. (More)

My choice would be to withdraw the original $2000 investment and re-invest the $2000 gain. That way, if my next investment is not successful, at least I've got what I started with. And that means I also won't "miss out" by not taking a chance on the new investment.
