The employee is happy and enjoys their duties in the workplace. The satisfaction behind a job well done is motivation for them. Combined, It is possible to have Theory Y attributes but still follow Theory X. --------------------------------------… In a MANUFACTURING facility, it is most likely to be a situation of Theory X.
