User: Janet Home went to Citizen Bank. She borrowed $7,000 at a rate of 8 percent. The date of the loan was September 20. Janet hoped to repay the loan on January 20. Assuming the loan is based on ordinary interest, Janet will pay back interest on January 20?

Weegy: Interest = principle X rate X time in years Interest = 7000 X .08 x .333 year Interest = $186.48 186.48 + 7000 = $7186.48 will be due Jan.20

Weegy: hi, you can apply 5 steps to the company management. [ you should change the situation according the theory. The Maslow motivation theory is typically represented by 5 steps: Physiological needs - such as hunger, thirst and sleep . Safety needs - such as security, protection from danger and freedom from pain. Social needs - sometimes also referred to as love needs such as friendship, giving and receiving love, engaging in social activities and group membership. Esteem needs - these include both self-respect and the esteem of others. For example, the desire for self-confidence and achievement, and recognition and appreciation. Self-actualization - This is about the desire to develop and realize your full potential. To become everything you can be. ] User: Things have really been happening at Sun-2-Shade, a company that manufactures self-darkening windshields. Everybody has their own job, and they know exactly how it's supposed to be done. You have heard some people complain that their job is boring, but you know that the way you have shown them is the best way to get things done. How would that differ from using Herzberg's and McGregor's?
Weegy: Herzberg made the Motivation/Hygiene theory which affects job attitudes: Leading to Dissatisfaction - Company policy - Supervision - Relationship w/Boss - Work conditions - Salary - Relationship w/Peers Leading to Satisfaction - [ Achievement - Recognition - Work itself - Responsibility - Advancement - Growth --------------------------------------… McGregor if i'm not mistaken made Theory X and Theory Y In Theory X, managers assume their employees are inherently lazy and will avoid work if they can. They dislike work and because of this must be closely monitored. In Theory Y, management assumes employees may be ambitious and self-motivated and exercise self-control. The employee is happy and enjoys their duties in the workplace. The satisfaction behind a job well done is motivation for them. Combined, It is possible to have Theory Y attributes but still follow Theory X. --------------------------------------… In a MANUFACTURING facility, it is most likely to be a situation of Theory X. It is an assembly line, the work is not nice, the pay is not always high, the employees do not have credentials, and they follow a capitalistic ideal in which the managers do not care about them so long as the work gets done. There are not many rewards and the people cannot be trusted to do work based on the fact that it gives them satisfaction. Maslow is more of an Executive theory, Herzberg is more of a middle class managing theory. ] User: How would that differ from using Herzberg's and McGregor's? (More)
