Explain why it is important to work in partnership with other
Well your question is a bit unspecific but I can relate it to Healthcare. [ The old saying "the left arm doesn't know what the right arm is up to" well its better if you need care that all the specific carers involved know and understand your situation in order to co-ordinate care efficiently. For example my uncle who has bladder cancer has been administered tuberculosis into his bladder as the
TB keeps the cancer in check and does not spread to other parts of his body. However upon received the blood results of his check up from his GP they ordered an urgent appointment only to explain he had TB and they were off course extremely sorry and concerned. I suppose if both departments had worked in closer partnership then any needless worry would have been dismissed. ]
