If the question contains NOT or except, and the expert asked for options, it should not be flagged because the rule says it is allowed. It's much better to edit and delete the response like this one:

And as Deb said, if the question can be answered, you can add a new answer without flagging. We don't want to flag experts for following the rules.

I was waiting this to come out on my feeds last night. I have answered two almost same questions and want to delete them. I kept pressing f5 and refreshing my page but still they were not on my feeds until I called it a night. I know my responsibilities and I hope you can understand that I can log on all day. Sorry, if missed out deleting no value conversations on my feeds.

I understand that i need to delete them and i am not doing it on purpose not to delete them. Infact, I have deleted a bunch of no value conversation that I have answered.
Usually, the time that i failed to delete them are those that were answered at night before I sleep.
I know i answered two no value questions, i waited for it to come out on my feeds but it wasn't there. I didnt stay long on the system last night and slept early plus i haven't logged in since today is Sunday and its family day. I rarely do Weegy on Sundays at most i log in at night.
Lesson learned... never answer no value questions and just let them keep popping up until another Expert answer it. Lol

In a conversation with multiple questions which were auto answered and the last question was answered correctly by the expert,
do we need to confirm it or we need to check first if the auto answers on the previous questions were correct?
Do not if I will hit the confirm button or not.

Hi samn, I would like to share what I understand about this.

Please do not flag if there is an "expert answered" especially if his/her answer is correct.
If in the conversation there are correct answers but not in a restated form, you should edit it and restate the answer.
If the other answers are incorrect, just add a new answer.
The main point is do not flag if there is a correct answer from an expert.
Do not confirm if there are wrong answers, but you can add a new answer.
You only need to confirm if all answers in that conversation are correct.

So as long as the answer of the expert, regardless on which part of the conversation, it should be confirmed if it is correct and flagged when it is wrong.

Above information is clear and helpful. From time to time, I get confused and have second thoughts.

If a conversation contains several incorrect auto answers, and the last question was answered by an expert correctly, it should not be:
1. Confirmed - because there are wrong answers.
2. Flagged - because an expert has a correct answer.

Just make sure that all answers in that conversation are correct before you confirm it.

Kindly look on to this contact. No question posted by the user but an expert posted an answer in response to the blank question.

I have seen 1 or 2 contacts with blank question in the archive but can remember what specific category since I was browsing 2-3 categories in the last couple of days.

I have been experiencing " is not responding"

I am using IE and been experiencing this since late last week. Also, I am not hearing any "ding" from the Expert page or sometimes it takes time for me to hear the "ding" even though the question already popped and when I click on the accept button it doesn't go to the conversation page.

I am not sure if this browser issue or not. I can't use my Google Chrome to check if I will experience the same thing since I am having issues with it (error "quick time 7.7.4 has crashed")

Samn, speedtest only shows you your average ping, download speed and upload speed. Try to PING your internet connection, from there, you will be able to monitor if you have a stable internet connection.

You can also try this:
Go to CMD
Type ipconfig /all
Type ipconfig /flushdns
Type ipconfig /release
Type ipconfig /renew

I usually do that when I have problems.

Andrew, Thank you so much for your help. I just tried the cmd and all the ipconfig commands, what error do I need to find or should I see to identify that there is a problem? Sorry, I am not that techie, I only know the basics.

samn, it will not show you the errors or problems. flushdns will clear all the DNS servers. After you perform the troubleshooting steps, you can close the CMD and wait for a few seconds, and you can start browsing again. It may not be the best resolution in your problems, but it may help.

Andrew: Thanks! The information that you have provided will definitely help me and will be added on my basic troubleshooting knowledge.
To simultaneously watch the Expert screen and the be productive in the archive section, I decided to open two separate browsers on different windows- IE on the Expert page and Chrome on the archive. It was difficult at first switching from one browser to another but I got used to it, I adjusted the browser screen size to fit my screen.

I also figured that maybe the issue with not responding is the computer itself, and I think using two different browsers or two different windows would help, so the website would not crash because of many tabs open. I also use two IE windows, one for expert and archives, and the other one for my research.

Okay deb, Sorry I am starting to miss flagging them. Some of which I still get confused if I flagged them or not.

For clarification, if I remembered it correctly:
1. Conversation with multiple questions but the last question is incorrect whether its auto answered or expert answered must be flag.

2. Conversation with multiple questions, 1st or any question in between is wrong but last question was not answered or auto answered even if its correct must be flagged.

3. wrong answer on the last (or only) question.

not to flag
last question answered correctly by an expert regardless prior questions are correctly or incorrectly answered should not be flagged.

If any of the answers are wrong it should be flagged, unless there is a correct answer by an expert in the conversation.

Filtering searches by date or year.

Weegy admin, If this feature is available kindly provide instruction oh how to do it. I can only search thru topic, random, unanswered and unfiltered.
I am deleting no value conversation using the word boob and i am already in 2011. I dont want to start at the recent ones and if i do the usual search the latest convetsations will appear first. Thanks

Editing answers to convert them to a valued contacts is a good option.
The date is helpful. No value contacts created and answered after 10.2.2012 when deleted will have no effect on earnings.

Quick time Plug-in 7.7.3 crashed has crashed.

@samn, are you using Chrome browser? If it is so, Quick time Plug-in 7.7.3 can crash. I have also experienced that few days ago. I am using the latest FireFox 27.0

You can update your Chrome and Quick time Plug-in 7.7.3 to 7.7.4 and try it again.

That's very helpful, sujaysen. This issue is the reason why I gave up using Google Chrome.

I am using Internet Explorer and I don't have to install any kind of plugins, and I'm not having any problems. It runs very smoothly.
