Hi, Andrew. Can you review this convo.

I believe Janet's answer gives the definition of "household" and not a family. www.genopro.com/help/household/

This link would give the difference between household and family. www.bizjournals.com/bizjournals/on-numbers/scott-thomas/2012/09/drawing-the-distinction-between.html

Here are other links that supports my answer, although they are "book" related links.

I agree with your answer, Alfred.
I believe that a household can be a family, but a family does not necessarily mean living under the same roof.

Read the excerpt from George Washington's letter, and then answer the question.

"Mrs. Phillis,

…I would have published the Poem, had I not been apprehensive, that, while I only meant to give the World this new instance of your genius, I might have incurred the imputation of Vanity. This and nothing else, determined me not to give it place in the public Prints."

George Washington's reply to Phillis Wheatley, 1776.

Which characteristic of George Washington is MOST evident in the excerpt?
A. pride
B. humility
C. tolerance
D. willpower (More)

Alfred, I think the answer is false because they are only named the same way in prefix, but not in suffix.
Added 140 days ago|12/8/2014 1:59:41 PM
Yes, they are not exactly the same. An explanation is sometimes helpful even with true/false questions. It could be a trick question and I am not sure if it would be marked correct or not on a test.

Hi, andrew. What's your stand on this kind of question.. If a definition has more than one meaning, can we answer it by giving separate definitions or what should we do if not?
I just want your opinion for future reference. Thanks :) www.weegy.com/?ConversationId=C1VWCS9B&Link=i&ModeType=0 (More)

It's better to look for new questions to answer. If you do copy your own answers, be sure to delete irrelevant information.

Okay, I'm sorry. I didn't noticed I copied irrelevant info. I'd be careful next time.
