describe the components of mental well - being
According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, mental well-being is not just the absence of mental illness, but also the existence of components of well-being, such as:
The ability to enjoy life.
Resilience, [ or the ability to bounce back from tough times.
Balance with the various aspects of your life.
Self-actualization, or ability to recognize and develop strengths.
