how many marines survived in battle Las Angelos
Weegy: Battle: Los Angeles (also known as Battle: LA and internationally as World Invasion: Battle Los Angeles) is a 2011 military science fiction war film directed by Jonathan Liebesman. [ The storyline was conceived from a screenplay written by Chris Bertolini, based in part on a wartime incident dubbed the "Battle of Los Angeles".[3] The film is set in modern day Los Angeles and follows a retiring Marine Staff Sergeant played by actor Aaron Eckhart who must go back into the line of duty to lead a platoon of U.S. Marines, isolated U.S. Army troops and a U.S. Air Force technician during a global alien invasion. The ensemble cast also features Michelle Rodriguez, Ramon Rodriguez, Bridget Moynahan, Ne-Yo, and Michael Peña. The film was a co-production between the motion picture studios of Columbia Pictures, Relativity Media and Original Film. Theatrically, it was commercially distributed by Columbia, while the Sony Pictures Home Entertainment division released the film in the video rental market. Battle: Los Angeles explores extraterrestrial life, violence and military warfare.[4] Following its wide release in theaters, the film won the BMI TV Music Award for composer Brian Tyler. The film score was orchestrated by Tyler in conjunction with the Hollywood Studio Symphony. The soundtrack was released by the Varèse Sarabande music label on March 8, 2011. ] User: thanks Weegy: Your welcome! any more question weegy is here to help! (More)

Why did liberals view the French Revolution as a breakthrough?
Weegy: It allowed for a new political order that limited the power of the government. User: Which theorist believed that low wages would control population growth? Weegy: david ricardo User: Which of the following groups joined forces to revolt against the French government in 1848? Weegy: The European Revolutions of 1848, known in some countries as the Spring of Nations, Springtime of the Peoples[3] or the Year of Revolution, were a series of political upheavals throughout Europe in 1848. [ It remains the most widespread revolutionary wave in European history, but within a year, reactionary forces had regained control, and the revolutions collapsed. The revolutionary wave began in France in February, and immediately spread to most of Europe and parts of Latin America. Over 50 countries were affected, but with no coordination or cooperation among the revolutionaries in different countries. Five factors were involved: widespread dissatisfaction with political leadership; demands for more participation in government and democracy; the demands of the working classes; the upsurge of nationalism; and finally, the regrouping of the reactionary forces based on the royalty, the aristocracy, the army, and the peasants.[4] The uprisings were led by shaky ad hoc coalitions of reformers, the middle classes and workers, which did not hold together for long. Tens of thousands of people were killed, and many more forced into exile. The only significant lasting reforms were the abolition of serfdom in Austria and Hungary, the end of absolute monarchy in Denmark, and the definitive end of the Capetian monarchy in France. The revolutions were most important in France, Germany, Poland, Italy, and the Austrian Empire, but did not reach Russia, Great Britain, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, or the Ottoman Empire. ] (More)
