andrewpallarca, I did research my answer. I did, however, forget to include my link for the source. But I would like to make it clear that my answer was 100% correct, as I checked multiple sources for this question. Sorry for leaving the link out.

JakeLakel, please provide your sources. I have found several sources that state that Universal Ruler is the correct answer.
