[ Saturated fats contain LDL cholesterol (low density lipoprotein) which is harmfull as it sticks to viens and arteries which increases blood pressure and increases the risk of heart disease. Unsaturated Fats contain HDL cholesterol (high density lipoprotein) which helps ferry away LDL cholesterol which reduces blood pressure and therefore reduces the risk of heart disease. ] (More)
