in writing a critical essay one should be knowledgeable with the text or topic. If being very familiar includes being knowledgeable also, then the statement would be TRUE, if it's a concept of being familiar as in just knowing the text or topic exist without any depth of knowledge then the statement would be fALSE

The questions aren't always rated. When the user asks for a true or false we need to make sure that we give them one or the other and then data to back up our answers as often as possible. :)
