LEFT ANKLE RADIOGRAPHS, 2:05 PM: Three views submitted of the left ankle. No prior studies. There is some soft ...
... tissue swelling adjacent to the distal fibula. Plantar caliectasis spurring is seen. There are radiopaque densities seen along the plantar aspect of the foot, including hindfoot and midfoot. Question if there is overlying bandage with radiopaque densities or that could relate to soft tissue calcifications. Suggest clinical correlation. No obvious acute fracture or dislocation is seen. Suggest clinical correlation regarding further assessment of the foot with left foot radiographs.
