A: Ill start with positioning. For proper bone growth of the spine an individual must be in proper alignment. Furthermore improper alignment can cause pain and cramps in the body. [ As a person becomes elderly they start to get weaker bones and an proper alignment can increase a risk for fracture and bone deformities. I do not fully understand what you mean by correct moving. It is important to
exercise because the it increases blood flow throughout your body. The heart like is a muscle and like any muscle if it is not exercised it will start to become less efficient. However don't overwork. 30 mins of brisk walking 5 days a week or more is enough to get your blood pumping. I hope that answers that part of your question. ]
