Outline the anatomy and physiology of the human body in relation to the importance of correct moving and positioning of individuals
Ill start with positioning. For proper bone growth of the spine an individual must be in proper alignment. Furthermore improper alignment can cause pain and cramps in the body. [ As a person becomes elderly they start to get weaker bones and an proper alignment can increase a risk for fracture and bone deformities. I do not fully understand what you mean by correct moving. It is important to
exercise because the it increases blood flow throughout your body. The heart like is a muscle and like any muscle if it is not exercised it will start to become less efficient. However don't overwork. 30 mins of brisk walking 5 days a week or more is enough to get your blood pumping. I hope that answers that part of your question. ]
