Question and answer
How well do you think the concept of physical fitness is understood and shared in our society? What can we do to ensure that a shared understanding of the concept is an integral part of our lives and not some sort of external exercise or diet plan or gym membership?
There are different mediums that are being used to make people understand the importance of physical fitness. The gymnasiums and sports centers in our localities are the best example. [ What more could be done is to use flyers and local radio programs and use them to promote the importance specially for physically challenged people ]
