Think about a new client who perhaps is Jewish. He is going to need food prepared in specific way and will want to practice his faith. Where would you go to find out the best way to work with him so his needs are met? Maybe manager? His synagogue?
Then think about someone who is wheelchair and wants to access facility that does not have disabled access.
