Please put your answer and source in the same entry. That way it is all added to the knowledge base and when the question is asked in the future the user will receive the answer along with the source.

You can erase your own answer and enter it again. I have done that when I notice a typo. When you erase your first entry you lose a point but you gain it back when you post the corrected answer.

Ok. at least that is clear, i did it before but realized that it was unfair to do that since every post counts 1 point. at least it is clear that the system takes back the erased answer... thanks again for the info. [smile] Enjoy the rest of the day. Thanks!!

dont base on points, what matter is how you'll provide the best answer to the user..
samn you always seperate the answer and a link everytime you answer from the archives...that would be unfair to others too..

@brainstorm: i only did it a couple of times and I think it is NOT right for you to say that I do it ALWAYS. I am certain that the number of occasions I separated my answer and my source is just less than 1% of my total points. You are giving FALSE accusation brainstorm.... there is a big DIFFERENCE between ALWAYS and A COUPLE of TIMES. I am not picking a fight here but I hope before you post a comment, make sure you its the correct information.

ok my mistake not always..sorry. but you've did it more often.
pls be fair..that is just what im saying..

Brainstorm, that was a little harsh, especially since samn had already deleted the extra posting. As far as I am concerned this was already handled and your extra comments were mean and unnecessary.
