The best way to rejuvenate a company culture is to give people inside that company a fresh idea or driving principle they can embrace, rally around, and act upon. It has to be more than words, though—it has to feel more substantial, more engaging, more revolutionary than that. In short: You need to launch a “movement” within your own company.
