What are some of the pros and cons of informational interviewing?
Weegy: Pros: ? you get to actually speak to a human being within the company you would eventually like to work for. ? you get to put your best face forward and show how great and interested you are, [ instead of being just another resume. ? the person can put in a good word for you if you impress them, and will keep you in mind if something comes up. ? there is someone available and knowledgeable who can answer your questions. ? you've made a contact at the company! Cons: ? there's usually no job attached to it so it sometimes feels pointless. ? you're usually talking to an HR person, or someone who isn't directly connected to the people you'd theoretically be working with. ? chances are, you aren't the only person securing an "informational interview" so you're again a face in the crowd. ] User: What obstacles would prevent you from conducting an informational interview? Weegy: tardiness (More)

Should both civil and criminal court cases be proven in the same manneer? In other words should either preponderence of evidence and beyond reasonable doubt be abolished and/or replaced with one standard of proof?
Weegy: Beyond a reasonable doubt is the highest standard of proof that must be met in any trial. In civil litigation, the standard of proof is either proof by a preponderance of the evidence or proof by clear and convincing evidence. [ [ These are lower burdens of proof. A preponderance of the evidence simply means that one side has more evidence in its favor than the other, even by the smallest degree. Clear and Convincing Proof is evidence that establishes a high probability that the fact sought to be proved is true. The main reason that the high proof standard of reasonable doubt is used in criminal trials is that such proceedings can result in the deprivation of a defendant's liberty or even in his or her death. These outcomes are far more severe than in civil trials, in which money damages are the common remedy.Beyond a reasonable doubt is the highest standard of proof that must be met in any trial.
