My father and grandmother both have high blood pressure. They problems they experience are shortness of breath, strokes, headaches, body pain and a high heart rate.

One way to avoid blood pressure is to lower stress and anger levels and the doctors can prescribe you medications for the problem.

The community can hold yoga classes or something that is stress relieving and calm.
