What is the solution set of 7x^2 + 3x = 0?
Weegy: First you will want to take the 5 and multiply it to the -3X and 4 so it will look like this: 7X -15X-20=-21-7X Got it? Then you will combine the X's on the first side so you will get this: -8X-20= -21-7X Next you need to get the X's on [ [ [ one side so you will take the one that is less, in this case -8X and add it to the -7X. When it crosses over the equal mark it becomes a positive so you will get this next: -20=-21 + X <------you get 1X here but it is not necessary to put the 1 Next you want to get the X by itself so you will add the-21 (because it is the lowest) to the other side. Again, when you cross a negative to the other side it becomes a positive. So here is your final result: 1=X Hope that helped! ] ] ] (More)

7x^2 + 3x = 0;

x(7x + 3) = 0;

x = 0;

7x + 3 = 0;
7x = -3;
x = -3/7;

x = {0, -3/7}
