Hi there andrewpallarca, i'm sorry i really thought it was okay to add a new answer specially when the previous one was not in a complete sentence because i have noticed some experts did the same thing and moderators confirmed their answers. But anyway, i'll take note of that. Thanks.

In most cases it was an auto answer and i believe it was a long time were rules are different that you have to answer in a complete sentence. May I ask how about this case where the expert's answer was not clearly stated are we allowed to answer this one:
