(-4,-1) (3,-3), the equation in y = mx + b form is
y = -2/7x - 15/7.
The formula is m = y2 - y1/x2 - x1.

y = mx + b
0 = (-2)(–1) + b
0 = 2 + b
-b = 2
b = -2
