Weegy: 8/10 180% because its a whole number and a zero at the end of 8 in the hundrths place dosent mean anything so its 180% forsho + i got it from my math teacher!!! :) Not sure if this question is serious or not? You can think of it several ways... [ 1.8 as 1 a whole number and .8 is 8 tenths of 1. If you read it that way it makes sense = 1 and 8/10 or reduced to 1 and 4/5. If the original number were 1.25 you can use the same approach, 1 whole and 25 hundredths of 1. 1 and 25/100 or reduced to 1 and 1/4. I hope this example helps. Good Luck ]
