Do you think a glass ceiling can be overcome through personal initiative, or is it a form of institutional discrimination?
Answer: It is big challenge to overcome the problem of glass ceiling over the personal initiative. There are some people, which take personnel initiative to remove the discrimination. [ The main problem is that, it is very difficult to change the mindset of the people. The society is made up of people and until the people dont change, the society can never change. ]
