Answer is d. none of the above. In the painting Pope Leo X with Two Cardinals by Raphael, Pope Leo is seated with an open illuminated manuscript Bible (a book) open on a table in front of him, but neither he nor the cardinals are inspecting a painting (nor are they looking at the Bible).
