explain ways in wich teenagers can protect themselves in cyberspaace User: A paragraph for a teen newspaper in which you explain ways in which adolescents can be responsible and protect themselves in cyberspace
Weegy: The technological changes have brought various issues relating to use and privacy of the internet. [ [ Most of teenagers today use various social networks and chatsites to meet other people within the country or from other countries which often used as a medium to prey teenagers to drugs and sexual abuse. To protect oneself, one should not provide specific personal information such as address, school and phone number or any information that may use to track the individual. Any request for meet-ups from an acquaintance in the cyberworld is a NO-NO, this means that you should not engage in such activity. If incase a meet-up is necessary, the teenager-adolescents should be accompanied by an adult specifically by a parent or a relative. Furthermore, be mindful that the people you communicate with may not provide true and accurate information and may only mislead the user so as to entice or attract the teenager to do meet ?ups. To protect yourself from any form of abuse, the adolescents should be responsible in her/ his or own actions, the more they become a responsible user the more they protect themselves from any harm. ] ] (More)
