do you feel that adding more duties to staff that already have more than enough to do will cause their job performance to slack off due to being overwhelmed?
Weegy: I do not think so. I believe that this depends on the manager that handles the employees. The better he is with motivating his employees, the more dedicated they will be. (More)

I think they eventually will become overwhelmed and the other employees that has less to do than others will start slacking. Giving employees more work is a way to motivate them but a good Manager knows better than to place too much on one person.
