Weegy: e. supported by the winners of the war. Namely America. The Russians did every thing they could do to suppress Germany after the war. Including marching the remaining German men off to Siberia where most were never heard from again. [ They then systematically raped the women for two generations. This is a normal action after defeating an enemy. America helped rebuild Germany with brand new factories and infrastructure. And the Germans did not have to spend any money on military defense.
