4.4 explain how and when to seek advice about confidentiality
The only time you seek advice when a child or adult has spoke to you in confidentiality is when that person is in danger. For example. [ If being sexually abused, physically abused, threatening to kill themselves etc. If the person in care is not in any danger then what is spoken between carer and caregiver HAS to remain between them two. ]
