An effective communication is a conversation between 2 or more people where everyone can understand or learn something from the conversation. Its creating a bond to get to know others or how the way they think affects you either in a good or bad way. Its almost taking someone to go see something, they won't be in the same mood from before they join the other person; making some kind of impact on their life.
