Jay901, as per your source as well, it is given:

Congress can override the President's veto if each house of Congress passes the bill again by a two-thirds vote.

This means, 2/3 majority vote in the house.

As per my source: Congress can override a Presidential veto if a two-thirds majority of both houses of Congress vote to approve the bill.

erikalui, 2/3 majority vote in the house implies only one house. A Congress consists of both the House of Representatives and the Senate. To overturn a presidential veto, it would need a 2/3 majority of both the houses. Option D would be correct if it says 2/3 majority of both the houses.
