How do you know it is the same person you just answered a question for? Ask user to repeat the question and try to help them.

The user can see the expert's name. So, the user surely knew that I was the person.

The user can see your name, although from my experience, they rarely notice that. My point was, you can't see the user's name so how do you know what questions he/she is asking about?

I agree with deb since the user might remember you from different conversation. Anyway, shifa has a point too but it's better to ask the user what was the previous question and I know even you(shifa) wouldn't remember what question was asked as you do not know the name of the user. Merry Christmas!
