Why can't the person that is 17 (senior in high school) date someone their own age? Why date an 8th grader? that is weird.
Also- when the 17 year old becomes 18 and the 13/14 is 14/15 then it is statutory rape and someone could go to prison.
Also- when I have seen that much difference in age at that young of an age- there is something wrong. Someone (17 year old) is not being honest and is up to something wrong.
I am sorry to give you this news. If it was 27 and 23- then no issues... But at 17 and 13.. there are issues.
