Julie will never be promoted; she is averse to working late.
Averse: having a strong feeling of opposition, antipathy, repugnance, etc.; opposed.

Will it sound correct if the sentence is "Julie will never be promoted; she is averse to be working late." What is your opinion on this ?

The second be is a little awkward and unnecessary but I don't believe that it would be incorrect.
