Question and answer
Eve and Frank own twenty acres of land on which there is a warehouse surrounded by a fence. What is the most important factor in determining whether the fence is a fixture?
If all the aforementioned factors still make the determination of whether the fence is a fixture or not, then we can look at the relative cost of the fence with the value of the warehouse and land. [ The higher the cost the more likely the fence is permanent in nature and intended to be a fixture. Even the height of the fence can play a role here. The higher more massive the fence is the more
likely that the fence will be considered a fixture. This determination of whether it is a fixture or not is critical to determine if property is to be partitioned between Eve and Frank. Read more: Eve and Frank own twenty acres of land on which there is a - JustAnswer ]

Weegy: Yes, I have met people through e - mails. Getting to know someone online and developing a friendship with them is more laid back than getting to know someone face to face. [ [ There is no pressure to be eloquent and impressive when all you have to do is communicate and not worry about the other party judging you on anything else. Eve and Frank own twenty acres of land on which there is a warehouse surrounded by a fence. What is the most important factor in determining whether the fence is a fixture
Weegy: The most important factor in determining whether an item is a fixture is the intent of the owners. [ Other factors include whether the item can be removed without damaging the real property, and whether the item is sufficiently adapted so as to have become a part of the real property. If removal would irreparably damage the property, the item may also be considered a fixture. ] (More)

Eve and Frank own twenty acres of land on which there is a warehouse surrounded by a fence. What is the most important factor in determining whether the fence is a fixture?
Weegy: The most important factor is whether the fence can be reasonably removed and moved. Clearly, if eve and frank have a contractual agreement that the fence will be considered a fixture, the courts will respect their agreement. [ Other factors include whether the fence was placed after the warehouse was built, the type of fence, whether the poles have a concrete foundation and whether the fence is part of the land survey in which the property is owned. If the matter becomes contested, how the fence is declared or written depreciated for taxing purposes, will also play a dominant factor. The taxing methodology is a way for the courts to determine the intent of the parties. Certainly, a local ordinance can define through permitting whether the fence is a fixture or not. ] (More)

Sam owns an acre of land on Red River. The government dams the river. A lake forms behind the dam, covering Sam's land. Does the government owe Sam anything? If so, what? If not, why?
Weegy: No. As I understand the question, the government only put the dam on the river which is not a part of the property of Sam. [ Although Sam's land is covered with water and it is no more useful, the government still doesn't owe Sam for covering his land with water. ] (More)
