Q: why is cellular repiration considered to be much more efficient than glycolsis alone
A: ellular respiration is considered to be much more efficient than glycolysis alone because cellular respiration produces so much more energy. [ only two molecules of ATP are produced in each round of glycolysis compared with an additional 34 moleculse of ATP produced through the Krebs cycle and the electron transport chain ]
