Go foods are rich in carbohydrates, there are rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, sweet potatoes Grow foods are rich in protein, example of foods are egg, chicken, pork, beef, soya, tofu, fish, milk, cheese. glow foods are rich in vitamins and minerals, green leafy vegetables and fruits belongs to this group, like spinach, tomatoes, mangoes, oranges, squash.
