If this is happening in an team than we need to select that person due to whom misunderstanding started as this could be the men whose wrong interpretation about you or your thoughts created mess with others as well. Than honestly find out does [ above person has really misinterpretate your view our that is done intentionaly If intentionally than it can easily be caught in his own trap by
puting him in same situation, which caused misunderstanding with you and team. if not that you need to discussed in details things with them as i am sure if things are not done intentionally than such misunderstanding can be sorted out... Hope this will help you Thanks ]
