is mcdonalds good for you?
Question
Updated 10/24/2012 7:42:03 AM
1 Answer/Comment
It really depends on what you choose to eat at McDonalds. For instance a Standard Big Mac is around 540 Calories. There are various healthy options at McDonalds that are under 400 Calories. For 400 calories or less, consumers will see such items as medium fries, Filet-O-Fish sandwich and an Oreo McFlurry. For 300 calories or less, consumers can order a Southwest Salad or Strawberry Banana Real Fruit Smoothie.
If you select healthy choices like these, then McDonalds can be a healthy choice for you.

should i hit my child?
Question

It depends on the situation, if you will hit your child you should note that you are doing it because you do not want "to spare the rod". You want him/her to know that what he/she did is wrong. But if you are only doing it because you are angry or because of other nonsense reason, then definitely hitting your child is wrong.

No. You should learn to have a good comunication with the child, physical dicipline maybe be traumtizing and harmfull

I think its okay to hit your child but not too much and not often. If you often hit the child s/he will only be immuned physically and emotionally.
I do hit my child's hands if she repeats to do a certain thing that i told her not to do.
