Coolidge declined to run for reelection because of his loss of popularity among the people.
The statement is false.
His popularity was such that had he run he would have won. He felt that no one should stay in power too long and also had concerns regarding his wife's health. It is also possilbe that he was feeling the drain on his health as he remarked that he was old for his years shortly before his death in 1933.

A circle has a diameter with endpoints of ( 7, - 9 ) and ( 5, 3 ). (6 , -3) is the center of the circle.
Let the center is (a ,b)
a = ( 7 + 5 ) / 2 = 6
b = ( - 9 + 3 ) / 2 = -3
